Taking care of yourself can include:
- meditation
- movement
- healthy eating
- beauty treatments
- drinking plenty of water
- sleep!
When you are healthy you are happier. When you are happier, your ability to help your clients, family, and friends (and yourself) is greater!
Water is the fuel for our bodies… And don’t forget to drink plenty of water during the heat! Keep yourself hydrated.
